Rotary Bending Fatigue Test Machine (RBT)

•  The machine body is a solid welded design. There are T-slots in the work plate for mounting the clamping elements for fastening the disk wheel.
• All of the rotating parts are located inside the machine housing. The machine houses the drive to generate the bending moment and the bending rod with exciter head.
• Depending on the design of the machine, disk wheels for passenger cars, light trucks, and standard trucks can be tested (see also chapter “Additional versions”).

Electromotive height adjustment in the version with height adjustment.
The height adjustment for the rim width setting does not require equalizing rings and mounting aids when using standard wheels.

• Form-fitting mounting of the bending rod. Due to the form-fit mounting, no compressed air is required on the machine to fix the bending rod.
• Simple and quick assembly/disassembly of the disc wheels.Disc wheels can be mounted quickly and easily without additional aids.
• High safety due to automatic switch-off of the drive, Achieving the specified load changes, Exceeding the permissible deflection, speed change or Breakage of the disc wheel. Circuit initiates an immediate stop.
• Powerful computer system. The user-friendly software guarantees a reliable test procedure. Resonance detection, oscilloscope, database and large display are standard.
