Storage of the IP address

We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser strictly for a specific purpose for a period of seven days in the interest of being able to detect, limit and eliminate attacks on our website. After this period of time, we delete or anonymize the IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR

Usage data

When you visit our website, so-called usage data is temporarily stored on our web server for statistical purposes as a log in order to improve the quality of our website. This data set consists of

• the page from which the file was requested,
• the name of the file,
• the date and time of the query,
• the amount of data transferred,
• the access status (file transferred, file not found),
• the description of the type of web browser used,
• the IP address of the requesting computer, which is shortened in such a way that a personal reference can no longer be established.

The mentioned log data are only saved anonymously.

Processor

We transmit your data as part of order processing in accordance with. Art. 28 GDPR to service providers who support us in the operation of our website and the related processes. Our service providers are strictly bound by our instructions and contractually obliged to do so. We use the following service providers: team4media GmbH, Lengericher Landstrasse 7, 49078 Osnabrück (design / implementation); Kutzner Prozessoptimierung, Beim neue Damm 21, 28865 Lilienthal (hosting).

Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files that can be saved and read on your device. A distinction is made between session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser, and permanent cookies, which are stored beyond the individual session. Cookies can contain data that enable the device used to be recognized. In some cases, however, cookies only contain information about certain settings that cannot be related to a person.

Contact form

You have the option of contacting us using a web form. To use our contact form, we need your name and your email address. You can provide further information, but you do not have to.

Information that you provide to us when you contact us is used on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR or Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR in the interest of answering your request as uncomplicated, promptly and customer-friendly as possible

Your data will only be processed to answer your request and will be deleted when the collaboration ends. It will not be passed on to third parties.

Embedded YouTube Videos

We embed videos on our websites that are not stored on our servers. So that calling up our website with embedded videos does not automatically result in third-party content being reloaded, in a first step we only display locally saved preview images of the videos. This means that the third party provider does not receive any information.

Only after clicking on the preview image will the third-party content be reloaded. In this way, the third-party provider receives the information that you have accessed our site and the usage data that is technically required in this context. In addition, the third-party provider is then able to implement tracking technologies. We have no influence on further data processing by the third-party provider. By clicking on the preview image, you give us your consent to reload content from the third-party provider.

The embedding takes place on the basis of your consent in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, provided you have given your consent by clicking on the preview image. Please note that the embedding of many videos means that your data will be processed outside the EU or the EEA. In some countries, there is a risk that authorities will access the data for security and monitoring purposes without you being informed of this or being able to appeal.

If we use providers in insecure third countries and you consent, the transfer to an insecure third country takes place on the basis of Art. 49 Paragraph 1 lit. a GDPR.

Google Maps

We use Google Maps to display maps and to create directions.

If you use the map from Google Maps, e.g. by clicking on our locations listed there, we do not collect any data from you. However, to the best of our knowledge, when using Google Maps, information about your use (in particular the IP address of your computer) can be transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The processing of personal data using technically necessary cookies and your IP address is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR in the interest of making our website as optimal as possible for you. We have no influence on the further processing of data by Google.

Data security

We take technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unwanted access as comprehensively as possible. We use an encryption method on our website. Your details are transmitted from your computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption. You can recognize this by the fact that the lock symbol in the status bar of your browser is closed and the address line begins with https: //.

Your rights as a user

When processing your personal data, the GDPR grants you as a website user certain rights:

1. Right to information (Art. 15 GDPR):

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data relating to you is being processed; If this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and the information listed in Art. 15 GDPR.

2. Right to correction and deletion (Art. 16 and 17 GDPR):

You have the right to immediately request the correction of incorrect personal data concerning you and, if necessary, the completion of incomplete personal data.

You also have the right to request that personal data concerning you be deleted immediately, provided that one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g. B. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued.

3. Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR):

You have the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR is met, e.g. if you have lodged an objection against the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR or for the duration of a possible review as to whether our legitimate interests outweigh your interests as the person concerned.

4. Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR):

In certain cases, which are listed in detail in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of this data to a third party.

5. Right of objection (Art. 21 GDPR):

Are data based on Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR (data processing to safeguard legitimate interests) or on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. e GDPR (data processing to safeguard the public interest or in the exercise of official authority), you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the personal data, unless there are demonstrably compelling reasons worthy of protection for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Right of appeal to a supervisory authority:

You have according to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations. The right to lodge a complaint can in particular be asserted with a supervisory authority in the member state of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged violation.
